Shipping

Our warehouses are placed in United States.We'll ship you from the nearest available warehouse. 

For US Customers, it may take about 2-4 weeks for delivery. 

For International Customers, It may take about 4-5 weeks

All the parcel can be tracked using our "Track My Order Page". Tracking information will be available after 4-10 days after you receive our email about shipment. Please be patient. 

Your parcel will be delivery to your registered address. In some cases the parcel was delivered to your address but you didn't receive it. Please check at the post office or ask your neighbors if they received it for you.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.


Refund policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days..


In some cases, the warranty is not provided?

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
