Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is between 2-3 weeks for some products. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take long than 3 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.

You can access it here : https://cachucalo.com/pages/track-your-order After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
At this time, we accept payment via Credit Card and Paypal.
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email in wrong, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
